The 14th Annual Celebration of Possibilities is here! The gala will include dinner and the celebration as we honor people and businesses who exemplify our mission of Fairfield DD. This year will feature sportswriter, turned comedian, Sam Adams. We will also have special guest Amy Bockerstette, golfer, advocate, and co-founder of the I GOT THIS Foundation. Family ECHO: Autism
This series is designed to increase autism knowledge, provide strategies that can be applied for families and their care teams and build skills around a variety of topics.
Amy Bockerstette, an accomplished amateur golfer and advocate, will be sharing her stories on how determination and confidence played a vital role in her success in both golf and life. She is the first person with Down syndrome to receive an athletic scholarship to attend college. Her family will join in and discuss their unwavering support and empowerment towards Amy's achievements. We invite you to bring along your entire family. Fairfield DD will be providing child care and respite during the event.
This is a free event open to all but to help us plan, please register by March 10th.
This event will welcome hundreds of advocates and stakeholders from throughout Ohio, calling attention to issues affecting the lives of citizens with disabilities.
Ceramic ornament art-to-go kits with Art & Clay on Main. “Possibility Talks” 30-minute presentation followed by a 1-hour workshop with Art Possible Ohio.

Gather with us to mourn people with disabilities throughout history who lost their lives at the hands of caregivers to commemorate Disability Day of Mourning. We will meet at the Fairfield County Infirmary Cemetery on State Route 37.
Please reference the image below for correct entrance and parking information upon arrival.
What to expect when you arrive:
—The cemetery is on the south side of the old County Poorhouse also know as the Clarence E. Miller building or old County Health Department.
—The parking lot and cemetery are not well maintained so accessibility may be limited.
—The event will be held outside without cover so check the weather to plan accordingly.
